An accomplished unscripted television producer and development executive, Isaac brings a dynamic career spanning Canada and the U.K., with experience across factual entertainment, documentary, and live television. Known for his sharp format instincts and ability to devise engaging, accessible concepts that resonate globally, Isaac has collaborated with brands including MTV, Entertainment One, 4Music, and CBC. His credits include high-profile titles such as Dragon’s Den, The BAFTA Film and TV Awards, Family Feud, and The MTV Europe Music Awards.
In his new role, Isaac will oversee the development of original formats, collaborate closely with Nikki Ray’s creative teams, and drive the company’s efforts to bring innovative, globally appealing projects to market.
