All Kinds Club Counselling Launches to Address Gap in Mental Health Care for Queer & Trans Communities
– New Ontario-based, queer- and trans-centred therapy practice was created in response to harm and exclusion in traditional mental health spaces –
TORONTO (February 9, 2026) – For many queer, trans, and marginalized people, starting therapy can mean bracing for misunderstanding, having to explain their identity, or wondering whether a space will actually feel safe. All Kinds Club Counselling is aiming to change that. Now accepting new clients, All Kinds Club is a queer- and trans-centred, BIPOC-affirming, trauma-informed, and sex-positive virtual therapy practice built around care that feels human, accessible, and genuinely affirming.
Founded by Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and National Speakers Bureau speaker Dani Gagnon (she/they), All Kinds Club Counselling was created because too often, queer, trans, and BIPOC people are left out of mental health spaces – or worse, harmed by them.
“All Kinds Club exists because so many people have been made to feel like therapy wasn’t built for them,” says Gagnon. “At a time when queer and trans communities are facing increasing stress, isolation, and uncertainty, access to affirming mental health care isn’t a nice-to-have – it’s essential. We wanted to create a practice where clients don’t have to perform or over-explain just to be understood.”
All Kinds Club offers individual and relationship therapy for young adults and adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, identity exploration, relationships, and life transitions. The practice is especially focused on supporting queer and trans clients, people exploring gender and sexuality, ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships, and anyone who has felt excluded by traditional therapy models. Care is provided by therapists whose diverse cultural backgrounds, queer identities, and lived experience inform their work, using a collaborative, trauma-informed approach that blends evidence-based practices without a one-size-fits-all mindset.
To make care more accessible, All Kinds Club Counselling also offers an online therapist-matching process for clients who don’t have the time or energy to navigate multiple consultations, pairing them with a therapist aligned with their needs, identity, and goals.
Services are offered virtually to Ontario residents with clear pricing and reduced-rate and sliding-scale options available when possible.
All Kinds Club Counselling is also currently accepting registrations for its Trans & Non-Binary Group Therapy series, launching February 24. The virtual group is open to Ontario residents, and a brief pre-consultation is required to ensure fit and support group safety. Contact info@allkindsclub.com to register or learn more.
The launch of the practice was supported by startup funding from Futurpreneur, a national non-profit organization that provides financing, mentorship, and resources to emerging entrepreneurs across Canada.

About the Founder
Dani Gagnon is a queer Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and National Speakers Bureau speaker whose work bridges mental health, identity, and modern work culture. Before entering the mental health field, Gagnon co-founded BAE Communications alongside All Kinds Club Co-Director Steph Perron, supporting TV series across networks such as Netflix, Prime, CBC, CTV, Crave, Disney, Hulu, and more. This background informs a grounded understanding of performance culture, burnout, and the pressures people bring into therapy.
As a therapist, Gagnon works primarily with queer, trans, questioning, and ENM individuals and couples, offering a warm, direct, psychodynamic approach rooted in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and identity-affirming care. As a speaker, Gagnon delivers keynotes translating psychotherapy concepts – including attachment, rupture and repair, and emotional attunement – into practical tools for workplaces, with speaking credits that include The Globe and Mail Business Summit, Canadian Parliament, and audiences across Canada.
